It can be viewed using electronic devices such as mobile phones, tablets, laptops, desktops or smart tv's. It can be installed as an app or accessed online, anytime-anywhere.

A digital yearbook is a great alternative to conventional hardbound-paper-based yearbook. It is designed to help you connect with your old friends and share your memories at school. More photos and videos can be stored and organized.


No more paper creases and tearing. No smaller black and white photos. It can be installed in your phone or tablet. It can be viewed in laptops. It can be accessed online using a web address of your choice. You don’t have to bring a hard copy anywhere. Just download and install.

The graduates have an option to choose a DVD at 4.7GB or USB Drive with 8GB capacity. Both comes in customizable printed label and case/sleeve. The USB can be customized to carry the seal of the school.

How do we proceed in creating a digital yearbook?

First, both parties need to sign a contract. Then we will start creating a templates and user-interface. The client can start organizing all the content.

How to organize the content needed?

We will provide an organizational structure of folders and a system of naming files.

Where to submit all the content?

You can email it to us or upload it in a cloud drive.

How long to create a digital yearbook?

4-12 Weeks. Provided all materials are submitted and error checking will be done within in 2 weeks.

File is too big for email, How to send it?

We can arrange to pick up the files from your school.

Can we edit the yearbook even after being distributed?

No. Unless there are major erros that needs to be corrected and permitted by the school or organization.

How many photos and videos can be included?

Virtually unlimited. But technically, the total file size should be up to 4.6GB only for DVD, 1GB for app, 1GB for web-based. The basic rule of thumb is “the bigger the file size, the more space it will occupy, the longer to install, the slower your device might become”.

What if we have our own design for the yearbook?

We will use the existing design to render styles, motifs and overall look and feel of the digital yearbook

What if not all students will avail?

Ideally, all students must share the burden of developing the digital yearbook. If not, the will be included in the list at the last page.
